Packaging Development & Quality Control

In-House Design and Mold Development

HGFPAK supports packaging development from drawings, physical samples, or initial concepts. In-house product design, 3D structural development, and mold manufacturing connect the design stage with mold preparation and sample development.

Quality Control Across Production

Quality control covers raw-material inspection, checks during production, and sampling inspection before shipment. Forming completeness, lid closure, edges, appearance, and packaging condition are reviewed as part of the process.

Our Packaging Development Capabilities

HGFPAK supports custom food-packaging development from customer drawings, physical samples, or initial concepts. In-house product design and mold manufacturing are connected with PET/RPET sheet production, creating a clear path from structural development to production preparation.

01Flexible Development Inputs

Projects can begin with a drawing, a physical sample, or an initial concept. Our team develops the corresponding packaging structure and specifications for custom food-packaging applications.

023D Structural Design

In-house 3D design helps define the container structure before mold preparation, including compartments, hinges, and ventilation openings where required.

03In-House Mold Manufacturing

Designed structures can move into HGFPAK’s in-house CNC mold-processing center. The center is equipped with six CNC machines, connecting packaging design with mold and sample preparation.

04PET/RPET Sheet Production

HGFPAK selects PET and RPET resin pellets and produces PET/RPET sheet in-house, linking material preparation with subsequent thermoforming production.

Authentication and Registration

Our PET food packaging has been tested against key U.S. and European food-contact requirements, supporting material safety and migration compliance for global markets.

Quality Control Workflow

Raw-material inspection records, production checks and pre-shipment sampling form a defined control process from material intake to dispatch preparation.

Material Inspection

Incoming materials are checked under the company’s raw-material quality-control process. Inspection records are maintained before the materials proceed to the next production stage.

Production Checks

Checks are carried out during production. Formed containers are reviewed for forming completeness, lid closure where applicable, edges and overall appearance.

Pre-Shipment Sampling

Finished products undergo sampling inspection before shipment. The review covers relevant product requirements and the condition of the finished packaging.

Packing Verification

After inspection, the products are prepared for dispatch. Their packing condition is checked before shipment to confirm that the packaging remains intact.
